DID YOU KNOW: Member reputations

Did you know: You can boost a member's reputation by voting up their posts and responses?
If you don't like their post of response you can vote down the post as well.  When you vote down a members post they will lose reputation points.  Administrators can also give reputation points to members or take them away from member's when necessary.  Earning reputation points will earn you privileges on the forum like moderation of threads and the ability to send attachments in your posts.  Also, members with "good" reputations have seniority over the forum and their suggestions and concerns are considered first above other members who are less active.  
You can vote up or vote down posts by going to the right side of the post beneath the "report post" button.
There you will see a + and a - button.  Click the + button to vote up a post and the - button to vote down the post.

NOTE: You can not vote on your own posts, only other members.
